Always one (or five!) steps ahead of me! I have been wanting to set up a section on the website that is books/dvds etc from amazon that we recommend. So, let me know which you would like to see, and I will go through and put them up on a page under Get Involved. I have activated an amazon.com associates account too, so that the Americans among us can participate too. I will include both links to the resources.
